    1.招呼/问候语

    参考用语:

    在让学生参加评价时可以使用疑问和反意疑问句: Is it good?

    我叫李xx,xx县xx初级中学教师。参加工作已有十二个年头。自参加工作以来,一直担任英语教学工作。在平凡的工作岗位上默默地耕耘着、同时也快乐地成长着??

    一,静心教书、潜心育人

    自参加工作第一天起,我就明确地知道自己是一名教师。在我的事业生涯中注定要和孩子们打一辈子交道。因而如何做一个好老师便成为我永恒的追求。面对日益浮躁的社会、物质利益的引诱、同事们纷纷跳槽转行,我不是没心动过,但最终选择了坚守。十几年如一日地做着我教书育人的事业,而且越来越热爱自己的这份职业。除过可以保障基本的衣食住行外,我在真心付出的同时,不断享受着来自学生的喜爱、家长的好评和同事的羡慕。这些足以让我产生满足感。

    对事业的执著追求让我乐此不疲地为之付出着。为了把课上得生动有趣,我在备课中倾注了很多心血;课堂上从不轻易否定学生的观点,有的只是循循善诱;为了关注学生的生命本质,我总是在教给他们知识的同时,介绍英美国家的文化习俗、礼仪习惯等,并和学生一起过圣诞节,让他们在亲自装扮圣诞树,自制礼物并互送祝福中感受西方文化并获得最真切的感受。每节课都给每一个学生一次回答问题的机会,平等对待每一人。切实从“人”的层面对待他们,让他们打好更好成长的基础。此外,让每个学生牢固树立“做人第一”的思想,并以身作则,无声示范着做人的真、善、美。只有这样才能无愧我心。

    二,他山之石,可以攻玉

    当今的社会不断学习才是发展的硬道理。尤其是身为教师的我们,没有过硬的专业水平和较高的专业素养将很难立足于新形势下的教育者之列。因而学习成了我们的必做之事。除继续加强自身专业知识的学习和提高专业技能外,向古今中外的教育大家、名师榜样学习不失为一个快速提高自己的好方法。而本人或多或少受到了此方法带来的益处。无论是名扬全世界的乡村教育创办者苏霍姆林斯基与陶行知;身为政府要员却热情奔走在新教育路上的朱xx;还是名声显赫却仍然坚守教学第一线的李xx;甚至是那位史塔特生命中最好的老师汤普逊老师,都是我学习的榜样。除过他们所做的事情较有意义外,这些大师们自身的魅力和为人师者的高尚风范无不对我进行着一次又一次的心灵洗礼。在他们先进的思想观念引领下,我慢慢进步着、成长着。虽自己读的书还不够多,写的文章也少得可怜,但我相信自己定会是一个好老师的。

    三,关爱学生、幸福成长
